Train the Trainer

Through participation in the Train of Trainers programme, you will be able to:

1. Facilitate and support cross-border collaboration among NCAs, fostering peer exchange and joint problem-solving.
2. Support and moderate knowledge sharing processes, contributing to the identification and consolidation of cooperation cases and best practices.
3. Guide trainees in translating learning activities into concrete cooperation cases, ensuring their quality, transferability, and alignment with EU priorities.
4. Act as reference points within their organisations, supporting colleagues in understanding and applying AI-related concepts in market and digital enforcement contexts.
5. Contribute to the sustainability of the training ecosystem, by supporting the evolution of training content and collaboration mechanisms beyond the project duration.
