Ananda Inalsingh

Bio

Ananda Inalsingh, PhD, MBA, is a senior commercial leader in Lifesciences & Healthcare with over 15 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medtech. Passionate about advancing digital connected ecosystems, she focuses on patient-centric, digital-first projects with sustainable impact. With global experience spanning the US, EMEA, Asia, and Japan, Ananda has led 10 successful product launches and digital health innovations that improve patient care and clinic workflows.

As Global Senior Director for MedTech Solutions at Santen, she developed the first SaMD patient companion app and created a digital health innovation roadmap aligned with therapy goals. Previously, she built and led Santen’s Front-of-the-Eye Marketing team in EMEA, earning industry and internal awards.

Ananda’s career also includes leadership roles at Fresenius Kabi, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Merck, Serono UK, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Recently, she mentors health tech startups with MassChallenge in Switzerland and the UK. She holds a PhD from King’s College London, an MBA from Kingston Business School, and executive education from London Business School and IMD Lausanne.
