Bio

Loïc Martínez Normand has a PhD in Computer Science and he is Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at UPM, where he teaches courses on human-computer interaction and ICT accessibility. His main research interest is ICT accessibility for persons with disabilities. He actively participates in national and international standardisation activities defining accessibility requirements for ICT products and services, such as EN 301 549, the European Standard for the public procurement of accessible ICT.
