Matteo is an innovation management professional with extensive experience in EU public funding instruments, working at Infineon Technologies Austria. He is currently responsible for the management of various projects publicly funded at the European level where the main activities are related to talent development, up-skilling, re-skilling and bridging the knowledge gap between academia and industry. In line with these responsibilities, he oversees the coordination of projects that advance upskilling and reskilling pathways, fostering sustained cooperation between academic institutions and industry stakeholders to better align training provision with evolving labour-market needs.
