Siddhesh Krishnan

Bio

Siddhesh Krishnan works as Education Lead at EIT Digital where he contributes to the Master School portfolio to deliver and manage operational excellence. He has amassed over 8 years of experience in coordinating and implementing Education programs. He is skilled in building training roadmap, training needs analysis, competency development, leading remote teams and improving operational processes. He has previously worked for Amazon in diverse multicultural teams for 6.5 years where he led and executed learning and development programs at the Italian, EU and Global level. He has also worked at training agency of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO) in the ICT department. He is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning. He holds a M.Sc in Computer and Communication Networks Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and has been an exchange student at the Aalto University of Technology, Espoo, Finland.
