Bio
For 25+ years, I’ve led, built, and taken responsibility for outcomes across film, tv, advertising, arts, real estate, entrepreneurship, education, and social impact. Across all of it, I kept seeing the same pattern: constant effort and activity, and outcomes that didn’t quite add up. It rarely looked like an execution problem. More often, something in the system wasn't working. I learned to see where things break, when decisions are built on unstable logic, when constraints aren’t fully understood, and when signals are present but not actually processed and then effort stops becoming progress. I also learned to help teams understand where strategic, executive, or relational logic breaks down, and to rebuild the structure so that progress becomes possible again. As co-founder and board member of NewDoor social impact and entrepreneurship platform, I’ve worked with 120+ teams across product, business, marketing, and impact. Today, this work is evolving into an automated, investment-grade incubation system for venture-scale environments.
